Extremely slow at drive through. Tried going for lunch, at 12:05 welcomed with "I'll be right with you", at 12:18 still sitting at order station, I left, no order taken/given, and went to McD which I hate for lunch.

This location is always super slow. Have no clue why either. No line in the drive thru

Super slow and low on staff. Sadly since this location has opened they have gotten worse. The orders are often messed up and you have to repeat yourself many times. Also things are now being removed from the menu like mozzarella stick and the jalapeno poppers.

Ordered lunch today during the noon hour on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. Even though they are obviously understaffed, my order was fresh and 100% correct. I just want the BK staff to know there are those of us that appreciate you showing up and for taking pride in your work!! Thank you!!!
