After filing a claim I did more work than this agency to ensure the claim was processed appropriately and still have outstanding reimbursements 4 months later. Gunnar was difficult to reach, inconsistent in his communication, and failed to follow through with multiple requests. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of customer service and would not recommend this agent or State Farm after struggling through a claim with them. 6/1/17 Update: I still have outstanding reimbursements and received a call from Gunnar this morning in which he questioned my 1-Star review, lost his temper to the point where I had to ask him to maintain professionalism or end the call, and then hung up on me after telling me the reimbursements had been processed. There are plenty of choices for auto insurance, I stand by my initial review that I would not recommend this agent or State Farm.
