After looking around at ALL the other manufactured home places, we found this little gem! Jennifer took the time to get to know us, instead of just trying to “sell” us on a home. She went over everything, details, options on the inside and out! Because she took time to get to know us she knew what to suggest and stay in our budget! She also went over set up, delivering and what construction would be needed and suggestions for contractors. Don’t bother wasting your time on the other places, you are just dollar signs to them! This is the place you can/will find your dream home! I can’t wait ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you Jennifer!! You are the best kept secret in Spokane and we can’t wait to get our new home started!!!

My daughter is going to purchase a mobile home to put on her property, we went to Mount Spokane Home Sales, the salesperson was only focused on the construction part and did not listen when she was told we were paying cash for construction and it was taken care of. She just went on about the constructio even after she was told her construction guy was too expensive. Apparently she did not know how to listen or sell a mobile home, as she lost two sales because of her obstinate way she handled the situation, finally throwing up her hands saying she can't do this, and true she cannot make a mobile home sale. She was rude, and inflexible, completely ignoring that all she needed to be concerned with was the mobile home my daughter wanted. She was sticking her nose into things that were none of her business and acting like she knew everything, when in reality she didn't know anything that was going on.

Jennifer has been a total rock star in our purchase adventure. I was new to manufactured homes, and Jennifer was very patient in explaining the differences to me. Unfortunately, I chose a contractor prior to talking with Jennifer and as a result had a bad experience getting the home sited as I had thought it was going to be sited. But the home itself is great. Jennifer kept me informed all along the way, and her customer service once the house was here has been above and beyond what most companies would do. I would recommend MSHS, and Jennifer, without the slightest hesitation. Her professionalism and GREAT sense of humor kept me afloat despite numerous glitches (none of which were her fault!) Thanks, guys!

Not sure what to think or do. We were told sat that our house would be ordered Mon. It is now Thurs with no word from them. So I call and our home was not ordered as we were told and no one has a clue on what happened. This is heartbreaking due to the fact we are trying to get into a house before the weather gets too bad. Guess we will be living another winter in a camp trailer. I am confused as to why a company would do this to a good costumer.
