Wether I have a problem or a seamless order and delivery, this is the place to go! Seriously, they do EVERYTHING to make me happy. I absolutely LOVE this location for my orders!!! No other Dominoes exists!! Who would of thought a Domino’s in Escondido would have this level of customer service! Give them a chance. You’ll be happy with them. Just sayin………

Always good pizza! But the last time I ordered for pickup a weird thing happened that has shaken my faith in mankind. I ordered on the app and it opened the Pizza Tracker and said that my pizza was being prepared. A couple of minutes later, it said my pizza was "in the oven." About 10 minutes later, I set out for the store, which was a 5 or 6 minute drive. I parked and walked inside (I was the only customer there) and the guy told me that my pizza was put in the oven "just now" and would be ready in about 8 minutes. I was shocked, since the Pizza Tracker said it was in the oven over 15 minutes ago. I told the guy this and he said they'd just gotten a lot of orders and that "the Pizza Tracker isn't always accurate." What?! NOT always accurate? I was floored, I mean there are few things you can count on these days, but I have always trusted the Dominos Pizza Tracker. I learned the truth about Santa Claus, then the Easter Bunny, found out diet soda actually DOES taste different from regular, and now this belief in Dominos is shattered too. Oh well, I eventually got my pizza and it was really good.

Three hours for delivery and only a mile away. I went in to the store instead of waiting and they said still 20 more minutes. Apparently I was moved ahead of 20 people. This is a joke. I asked them to give back my delivery charge and I was told I would have to start my order over. 4 hour of wait with attitude by gm. The guy in front of me got a lot better service and was even offered refund plus food. I guess my skin isn't the right color.

My son and I each ordered the $5.99 mix and match pizza. I had a pepperoni sausage thin crust pizza which was surprisingly terrific! I love their new thin crust and my pizza was simply fantastic! They had originally said it would be delivered in about 45 minutes but it took just a few minutes longer.
