I had 300+ delivery from this location because the stay open until 12 am. 25 % of the pick up from there They ask me for confirm pick up on my phone . So its depend on the employee mood. (Its my phone ,my application, and its against the agreement with the delivery app ) I always tell them that in the time I get back to my car I might reserve another delivery and that delivery could be from there restaurant to . But if I confirm pick up right away. I am not going to receive another delivery. (I am losing money) So i wish the management take last discussion about pick up confirmation . By the way this restaurant is the only restaurant that ask me for confirming pick up.

I went to Wingstop last night to pick up dinner. I had been there previously during the pandemic so I thought I knew what the experience would be like. When I stepped into the restaurant, there was a very loud group of customers right inside the door, VERY loud music/TV, and very loud staff yelling "welcome." I hadn't ordered in advance, which was a mistake. Ordering at the counter was difficult because of all the noise. When I was done, I stood by the high table inside to wait. There was no seating inside, which was different from my last visit. After about 5 minutes, one of the staff asked me to wait outside. It had been over 90° that day so I wasn't really interested in waiting outside, but it wasn't really a request. The food was good, and they got my order right. But the experience was not a good one. If you want food from Wingstop, order ahead.

My favorite Wingstop. I think I've been to well over 20 as I travel throughout California for work. Employees here are extra nice, sharp and understanding. This place definitely makes their wings more efficiently even when busy, which is almost always. There's a reason for that.
