Almost every time I try to go to this location the staff is rude and snotty, and only a few times have I gotten a good haircut here. I tried to go on my birthday which fell on a Tuesday. They made me schedule an appointment and you can only schedule it within the hour. I made the appointment and asked if I could wait if there was a cancellation. All she kept saying was 1 o'clock with a rude tone. I wound up going back and cancelling and going to the location on Washington Street, where they were much friendlier. I really see no reason for the attitude. It's not even a posh location- not that that's any excuse either. I'm done trying to go back there

I have gone there 3 times in which I didn't get hair cut my boss son does and they are soooooo rude, beyond rude actually. They over charge for a 10 min sit down. All 3 of them are rude. The hair cut are uneven prolly because they are rushed. I always call ahead to book appointments and even though they aren't busy haircuts are rushed.

She was worried about selling me extra services like shampoo the hair, gel, and her products on the shelf, but she did not worry too much about the quality of my haircut which in some parts is uneven and had to pay $27 for a simple men's haircut.

Negative, not the spot. Hair stylist was like "I've been doin this for 10 years" but didn't know what a shape up was. And then was talkin about how she couldn't get it close cause she's not licensed to use a razor or some such nonsense. She lined me up wrong but fade way ok but then for 8min charged me 27$ + tip.
