The Breakfast is excellent, we were excited every morning to go to breakfast! The Menudo yummy! Omelets yummy! Negative: The elevator that was not working on the south side of the hotel! It would take long to take the elevator since there were only three functional

This was my second time staying here had a bad experience the first time with the pool having too much pool cleaner to the point that it made my 3 kids sick. Decided to try it out again and was let down again! The check in process was fine. As I opened the door to the room, the smell of damp dirty gym socks filled our room. I went to use the bathroom and the light didn’t work correctly it was very dim. I had to ask the maid for new pillow cases because the pillows on our bed had make up and hairs on them, it was so gross I thought that was it but it gets worse I went down stairs to use the pool with my kids but noticed it was very filthy I could not chance it and to let them use it so I took them out immediately. It did not look sanitary at all neither did the jacuzzi. Then I had to ask for towels as there were none. When the gentleman came to bring towels I asked him when had been the last time the pool was cleaned and he said he didn’t know. The pool and jacuzzi had like a nasty film with lots of nasty pieces of things in the water it looked like throw up the drains were filthy with hair and nasty gunk as well. I tried to reach the hotel Manager to let him know this can’t be safe or hygienic but he never bothered to call me back. His name is Maurice. It truly shows how much he cares. I do have pictures to show how filthy and disgusting the pool was. This hotel is run down one of the elevators was closed which caused long wait times, people packed the elevators. Not fun with 3 kids. Since this hotel is saving so much on cleanliness they might as well make cocktail hour top shelf. It was truly an Unreal experience. I will never go back again. Very horrible experience!!

The rooms are great. The inside is beautiful. They give you complimentary drinks and have a happy hour at the bar. They complimentary breakfast is great. Waffles, French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, omelets, and more. Pool is open till 11pm which is nice as well. With a hot tub.

Very rundown. The breakfast was delicious and the indoor fountain area is a nice setting for a meal, but the rest of the stay felt like a motel. No smart TV, so no streaming channels without commercials. Rust on bathroom fixtures, extensive water damage to vanities and cabinets, low ceiling in bathroom with peeling paint, a lamp didn’t work near the front door so we stumbled around in the dark looking for a light source like the three blind mice. We’re torn…we enjoyed being near Disneyland and the included breakfast was a very nice feature, but the room was not at all what we expected.
