I usually have good experiences with this location. They had no large cups so had to get a medium iced tea, half cut. It tasted like they brewed the tea in their coffee maker and I hate coffee. When I asked the price difference between a large and medium tea, she seemed to get flustered and started making a smaller size. I said never mind and left without getting my sundae so I had to drive back and get it. I will go back to this location since it's near where I work, but I hope this was just an off night.

They were too late for my curb side order. I had to go inside to get it. I gave them 4★because the staff were good. They apologised and offered soe free fries.

The service here is usually nice. But today, a new employee, blonde hair staff was so nasty. I ordered on the mobile and I clicked “I am already here” but it wont work. I had to go into the building and asked a lady that there is a error and I showed the order code. She looked me like I am stupid and told me to chat it to curbside pick up, which I already did. She had no idea how to use the apps. And sues what?!? They even gave me a wrong order. I ordered spicy crispy chicken delux but they gave me shredded lettuce with Mayonnaise. And the nasty attitude staff was so rude when she handed a bag. This is so ridiculous. Paying for a wrong order and I had to deal with that nasty attitude.

There attitude is nasty they don’t have any coordination between Employee and make customer run from one window to another Window. Keep touching your food without gloves and get Irritated when ask simple question. I won’t Giving my business to them.
