It looked like the placed hasn't been visited in a while. Mind you, this was my first time here. The food was too much. I will never understand restaurants serving huge portion sizes or serving on large plates. I enjoy a great barbecue but this wasn't it. The food was relatively warm, not piping hot as expected....at least edible. The sauces are in bottles on the table and were sticky. Yuck. The blinds had dust on them. I'm sure the restaurant is way understaffed which I commend our server. She was delightful and doing double duty as bartender and server. We left a tip. But as far as the food, this didn't hit the spot for me.

We went to Smokey Bones to celebrate our grandmothers birthday and it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Aisha, was warm and friendly and provided excellent service. She went above and beyond in taking care of our large group of 9 people. The food was great and all came out nice and hot. Almost everyone at our table got ribs and everyone loved them! The food was also appropriately priced for how much you got, the portions were all great! Aisha was genuinely one of the best servers we've had and we hope that when we go back we'll get her as a server next time as well. Highly recommend!

Went last Friday for drinks and the bartender courtnie made a trash can for me. She was patient and helpful because I wasn’t sure what to order. I tell you that was a strong delicious drink. It’s now one of my favorites. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bar was clean and the atmosphere was great!
