Great store. Large selection of the big 3 . Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, .... They will have a broader selection of the aforementioned popular brands than the big Lowes and home Depot stores.... I'm a Makita guy and found their selection to be unmatched anywhere else in Maine. Was a bit let down with the generator selection, only one brand ( echo) even worse only two inverters. I specifically made the trip for a good inverter and hoped I could take my pick. Nonetheless the selection of tools , including a large Fein, and festool fleet certainly made up for the mild Genny let down. If your a tool nut like me,,, I highly recommend you visit the store. Plenty of other misc things in stock as well. You definitely won't be dissatisfied , ..... Great store overall...

Where to start! I called multiple times to get a price on tools and inventory! Got the we will call u back twice and to no avail never got the call back! After going to the store because they are the only place that would carry what I wanted in stock and needed that day! Spoke with some one about specs on a tool, while taking a minute to decide which I wanted a question came up, the guy acknowledged I had a question but did not a make an effort to answer my question! So I decided to buy what tool I thought was best! I get to the check out a guy in front of me had to run and grab something another guy walks up to the other side of counter they check him out and just let me stand there with out acknowledging me at all! After about 5-7 minutes one of the two girls is like I can help u over here! After standing there and looking around for 5 plus minutes! Your customer service is garbage!
