Wifi does not work as advertised. Person at front desk is super friendly and helpfully. I came with a group and they had me totally separated from the rest. No in park store and coke machine did not work. The sites are large and clean so that is a plus.

Nice, well maintained campground right off I-5 with easy access. Sites are all level pull through pads, well landscaped and plenty long and wide enough for large rvs with multiple slides. There are many amenities and the park hosts were professional, pleasant, and quick to help with check in/out and filling propane tanks. Contrary to other reviews we didn’t have any problems with theft or homeless near the park.

Double Standard

It is disappointing to see the manager, Pam, not abiding by the park rules while she enforces them upon most everyone else. I say most because she plays favorites with people. If she likes you, the rules don't apply. If she doesn't, then she is out to hold you accountable. The accountability goes one way, however. As you can see from the images her dog Jazzy is not on leash. Which is one of the rules. The rules also state there are no German Shepherds allowed. However, there is one living here who belongs to a long-term tenant. There was recently a dog attack and Pam continues to allow this known-to-be-aggressive dog continue to live in this park. Again, if you are liked, she ignores the rules. If Pam acted like a professional manager I would give this resort a 5-star review. Due to the drama and lack of management it barely deserves a 1-star.
