Over the last 2½ years, this place has spiraled into a hot mess. The server completely got the order wrong. The cooks are horrible at preparing a simple eggs & hashbrowns order. I ordered over-easy eggs & they were served over cooked. The bacon was swimming in the grease the potatoes were cooked with. The hash browns were pathetic! They were under cooked & partially raw. The place was near empty at 10am. Now I know why! Don't waste your money folks! Trust me...

I see a lot of older, COVID lockdown era, reviews so I thought I'd give a post COVID one. Food is typical of any Shari's you eat at; decently priced and portioned, a bit high in salt or sugar depending on what you're ordering. Service at this location was fast, and my lunch came out nice and hot, side note that I had an early meal at around 10:00 a.m. when restaurants are usually slower. This Shari's is nearly emaculate in cleanliness compared to either of the Bend locations, huge plus. Waitresses and hostess were friendly and chatty. My drink never ran out, and I was checked on probably every 15 minutes or so. Recommend this location over either Bend location just on cleanliness alone, but also because service was faster and friendlier as well.

Worst dining experience ever. Servers were rude and unprofessional. Left before we had a chance to order. Along with several other parties.

Amazing! I have eaten at Shari's, of and on for the last 30 years. We went yesterday and DANG, the waitress was amazingly responsive, food was awesome and I felt no pressure to exit the building. It was like dinner at home with live. Thanks Shari's! Great job.
