Placed an online order and when my husband got my order home in the still stapled shut bag I realized that I was charged for a gram and only given .39. upon speaking with staff was told that they had several new employees and they probably forgot to zero out scales. They could not give me free weed due to legal reasons which I understand but why can a refund or partial refund not be issued? I was told that they'd gladly give me a really good discount when I came back in? Really why so I can get ripped off again?
