Garrett was THE BOSS! I have a business account with AT&T. One of my employees had a problem with their phone. There were several other customers that came in after us and Garrett handled the pressure with such calm demeanor. We were fixed up and out the door shortly. No heavy fees and NO pushy sales!!! Actually a refreshing electronic experience.

The little dude that you now have working there charged me $8.00 for a free repair. Att screen protector purchased with phone with lifetime free replacements. Your new staff refuse to honor what I purchased. I will never return. And may look for a carrier the stands true to their word and written warranties. And doesn't try to screw the consumer. Also I paid with a $20.00 and the little dude said he would have to send me my change in the mail because he doesn't have cash in the store. I bet I never see my $12.00 back. Makes Att look horrible. I will for certain share my experience with everyone I can in our small Sandy community. I will do my best to steer them elsewhere

Terrible customer service from upper management. My elderly father paid his bill in cash after he was told it had to be a cash payment after there was a billing error. The store has no record of it and is requiring another payment. The lack of communication and follow through has been very disappointing. Cash transactions should absolutely be avoided here.

The guys at this store always take care of our needs. We don’t go anywhere else. Preston the manager has worked with us on our account since we first signed up with AT&T. No “used car salesman” tactics here!
