Very slow service!! I always put my order in at least 1 to 2 hours early. When I show up at the pick up time they just say it has been picked up already. Everytime!! Then they say we will just remake it with a attitude and make us wait the full 15 to 30 minutes. All employees are in the back joking around like they are at a high school lunch.

It used to be that they were famous for having pizzas ready to go, but now that's not the case, an employer once said the owner to 7/11 we're also the owners to this establishment and that they prohibited from making pizzas to go because of possible waste. But waiting periods could be up to 30 minutes. Unless you order things online. Waiting period is 15

The capacity restriction was not enforced, I basically had to guess when my pizza was done. The staff was very short with me and they said 15 minutes but I spent about 40 minutes waiting. The food itself was the only saving grace.
