I want to say thanks to Sam Sharif for the excellent experience in purchasing my new 2022 Toyota Tacoma Trail Edition in Army Green. With dealers all over being low on inventory, I went through the allocation system with Sam and he told me that Berlin City would be getting a truck that I wanted. Sam made sure I understood the process well and kept me informed throughout the truck build process and the delivery process. I was very grateful and pleased that he was able to give me a veterans discount. He did not have to do that but he was gracious enough to take a small bit off the price and I appreciate his and Berlin City's willingness to do that and it meant alot to me. Sam took down all info before I went to pick up the truck to make sure the buying process went quickly and I was out of the dealership and enjoying riding in my new truck. Sam knows his job, he is good at his job and he was a pleasure to have as a salesman. Thanks Sam for your hard work and professionalism. You are great at what you do!

Kyle took very good care of my situation. When it turned out I needed new tires and had to be at an appointment, he made sure I got a ride to my appointment and that I was picked up. I heard him on the speaker phone to Bill the driver (also, very nice and was there promptly to pick me up) asking if I had been picked up and saying that my car was ready. Excellent service!!!

I am in the middle of a service/mechanical fix….but so far I have been very pleased with the Service Department and particularly Jeff Bishop. He has taken control of the situation, coordinated with my insurance company and treated me with respect. I (like many) have generally not enjoyed car dealership experiences, but pretty darn decent here at Berlin City, and again special thanks to Mr. Bishop.
