AAA has notary, states that you should make appointments online, but one cannot make appointment for notary online or otherwise. Wait for notary was going to be a 2hour wait. Did not happen there. So much for that service!

You must be a member to use the services. If you are not a member you may want to check it out. No waiting in long lines to do registration, transfer titles, get new license plates, etc. Can not do drivers lisensed. Their insurance for your car is great too.
Eurorail, Interail, etc.(names may have changed since I was there last) can be booked online, though it's often easier to purchase once in Europe.I don't think they ever "sell out," though certain tickets are limited to specific railways and time spans. AAA books some tickets with their travel agency, and they can supply other information that might assist you.
I think there should not be a problem with your off road transfer. To be on the safe side give AAA a call first.

Yes you may pay for your renewal tabs but only cash or checks. No credit or debit cards accepted. You walk out with your certificate and tab ready for placement on your vehicle
Regie you will be so happy using AAA Auto Club for your registration process as opposed to going to DMV. If you have it take your renewal notice with you. You will receive your new certificate and tab and There are no additional fees charged.
