Had a great experience giving them our meat birds to butcher. Took less than 24 hours to butcher and they made the whole experience a breeze for our first time raising meat birds. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Let me try to contain my enthusiasm and be brief: they raise their own meat and butcher on site AND their prices absolutely compete and beat similar quality. But if you stop to think about it there IS NO comparison in the area. Name another local butcher workin with whole animals raised in the area let alone on site. We bought half a cow and the quality was excellent. I stock my freezer there too. You can pop in and choose from dozens of cuts of beef, a few pork products and chicken breast for $3.99 which you cannot find similar quality in the store. Eat local! And if you’re not from here, eat like a local.

Been many years since I went to a Butcher shop. As to the steaks I saw, 2 things stood out, there was a good amount of fat left on Rib eye's, much needed for cooking flavor an I happen to love eating it. Next was the color of the meat. So nice to see dark redish meat. The way all beef should look. Not bright red like today's store bought beef with additives etc. Haven't eaten it yet but will do so very soon. Up date. Wife set the meat up to be aged. It was left unwrapped for 6 days on an egg crate. 7th day she rubbed with dry seasoning. 8th day added BBQ sauce. 9th day I grilled the best tasting, moist and tender Med Rare Ribeye I've had in many years. We have returned a few times now. Love eating meat butchered the way of yesteryear. Will keep telling people and returning.

I'm not sure what a vacation pack is. They do offer different meat packages though. They also have a deep freeze type freezer with a variety of meats on hand.
Yea they butcher chickens but they wont do ducks
