So I'm gonna have to say I was pretty disappointed in the customer service and mostly because I just felt like the girl at ft desk was on the defense rather then try to resolve or be compassionate or offer any options as possible solutions or even offer communication s with her boss to discuss a situation with my acct. Which I did not cancel after I couldent ci tinge my membership due to hard times so because I did not cancel I still got charged for the 3 mts of service after and never stepped foot in the place for 3 mts. Cause I couldn't afford it the thing is I forgot to call and cancel membership which I actually thought I did online but apparently not but I explained to the girl I was assaulted may of 21 and have suffered tbi and I actually seek treatment for that and my short term memory has been effected well when I signed I signed up for the membership I still was unaware of how much was really effected but rather then say hey I can explain the situation to my boss qnd see if there is anything we can do sorry that happend to you or I can meet ya in the middle or I agree with what your saying I just can't do anything due to my level of my job title only permits me to do this or that instead was very cold didn't offer any solution other then I buy 107 dollars in product then purchase another membership is the only way it will go away that does not sound like a solution just promotion of product sales so I guess she did well with trying to push product sales but turns out I didn't need any and paid my balance and had to pull up an email from them offering a discounted membership for something else which entailed another start up fee and its q good thing I had that email cause there was no mention of that special until I brought it up on my phone then I asked if she would talk to mgmt atleast about the situation I was gonna spend money when I could had gone to other places and I think she took like 10 off the sign up membership fee which still I walked out of there paying 130 bucks and got q spray tan for this month and I will get another next month along with another 15 so 2 spray tans in 2 visits in many mts. For 145 I asked if she could still reach out to mgmt that they could male adjustments if they really wanted to but she really seemed to care less about anything besides getting as much Money as she could for anything even the other girl that was there went quiet and seemed a little embarrassed about how it went about. I hardly doubt I will hear back from mgmt and if I do it will be from this review maybe rather then the employee putting customer service first I didn't realize we were living in such plentiful times.

I'm very disappointed with the staff at the location on 102nd Ave. near Halsey. First off they overcharged me on product for the Mystic spray tan in room number seven. I went in recently to only inquire about the overcharge on my credit card in a very calm and normal manner, but the woman working there apparently got all offended over my inquiry and reported me to her management in a very inaccurate way, claiming that I supposedly "SCREAMED" at her, which obviously I never had done so at all. Then I get a call from someone named "Greg", he says that they were SECRETLY RECORDING MY VOICE, (audio) and that he also claimed to hear me screaming at the staff member and then he went on to ask me to never return there again. But the way that he chose to speak with me over the phone from the Seattle area, was in a very demeaning way and he even said that he really had no interest in hearing what I had to say about this unfortunate event. He then goes on tell me that he had listened to everything that I said earlier while I was last in their store location. He then also advised me that he had already decided to delete my account with Palm Beach Tan. When I asked for his upper managements information, he opted to decline me this information, because he said that he had NO ACCOUNTABILITY to anyone!He was such a super a**holle about everything while he was on the phone with me. It's totally ILLEGAL to record anyone's voice without their knowledge and consent. I even had called the local police department and they said that it is illegal and also that it was unprosecutable too! So I want everyone to be aware that Palm Beach Tan is actually ILLEGALLY RECORDING EVERYONE'S CONVERSATION INSIDE OF THEIR STORES! So be careful about anything that you might say while inside of at least this P.B.T. location on 102nd Ave. at Halsey. Also the women there have a pack mentality and will lie to you to save their own butts for sure! Beware!

The staff is awesome! They are always very friendly. Also they work hard at keeping all the bed sanitized. I never have to wait for a bed! Also they always tell me about promotions going on! The staff also is good at explaining how to easy in to a tanning routine. You can burn if you aren’t easing into it. Definitely a good tanning place to go to!

I have been a diamond level customer here for a very long time. This is a question for the owner, because it appears the manager doesn't care....why on earth are they not filling the water reservoir on the platinum beds? I asked about it. Apparently there is noting wrong with the feature working, they have just chosen not to fill the tanks. I get stuck in these beds more than I like to, so I appreciate the misting feature. The beds get hot. Honestly, several times when I've been relegated to a platinum, uts because they put a co worker in the bed I wanted. They should be a little more sly about that if they're going to do that. It's maddening!! Update...now I am officially done with you guys. After not coming in for like 4 months, I was informed my January payment is still outstanding. I said tan me or cancel me. They chose to cancel me. There are definitely other places to tan. Oh, and I lost my debit card, so the additional $104.xx for this month ain't going through. Especially since, unless I can't use unless I cough up an extra $104. Ain't happening in
