I'd give them zero stars if I could. I asked for some crepes with egg & cheese & they said they couldn't make them if it wasn't on the menu, which I had just ordered the same thing the week before. They can do some with chicken instead so I said ok & waited. I finally get my order & the cheese is on the outside it looked like my crepe was rear-ended in an accident. Not to mention the chicken was rubbery. So I went back & told them, they offered to make me but I declined & asked for my money back. The waiter told me I had to wait because his boss went to the bank. I couldn't believe it. I didn't make them wait when they charged me but I had to wait to get my money back mind you i paid in cash. While I was in there another customer came in saying she ordered crib side & had been waiting 20 mins for her order. By the time I finally got my money the lemonade i orderd got warm due to the ice melting. Needles to say I will not be returning & will tell everyone I know & on social media not to go to this specific IHOP.

I went last night with my wife. Had the best service ever Melanie was our server. She had a positive attitude great smile I would recommend everyone to go and ask for her next time you guys go

If I could give it a zero I would. The worst service I've ever experienced!!! Once we were seated by I'm assuming the manager, he said our waiter would be with us shortly. We waited 25 minutes with anyone to come and take our drink order 25 minutes!!! Absolutely unacceptable! The manager had seen us sitting there and didn't bother to come over!! Finally after 30 minutes a waiter comes to our table. He was really nice and apologized for the wait. I was super annoyed at that point and he knew it but obviously it wasn't his fault so no need to take it out on the poor guy. We were not the only ones who had issues that night either. Another party was telling the manager about an order problem. Clearly there's a problem here at this location and communication isn't there. If your short staffed (like oh maybe you have ONE waiter) tell your customers that first. It's common sense!!! I definitely will not be going back to this location!!
