So far its been a pleasure to deal with management. Seems like a nice place. The lights above my unit dont seem to work only the two directly above my unit so its really dark inside but hopefully we can get that fixed. Otherwise pretty nice place.

My mom's items were stolen with a worth of more than $10000 and noone did anything. Noone is the manager of the storage, the owner, and SAPD!!! We were told that it had to go through insurance and if it did then only $300 were gonna be returned!!!!

Was a little nervous about neighborhood and cleanliness of property but, customer service was excellent. I felt better about location finding out that every unit is alarmed. I do think they could work on cleaning it up a little, when I was shown my actual unit there was even trash still inside.

Amazing site, I've been a long time renter and the staff is wonderful. They're always going above and beyond to help with any issues, if there's ever a problem they nip it at the bud so it doesn't escalate. The manager's do a fantastic job at keeping the site clean and in tip top shape. I highly recommend this facility to all.
