Was in Renton on business and needed a haircut. Normally I go to the location in Tumwater. Was able to get in right away. Excellent haircut! One of the best I've ever had.

Nina cut my hair. She didn’t even show me the mirror at the end and let me go home with an uneven trim. I’ve never had someone mess up a simple trim before. When I called back after weeks of being busy and out of town, and asked them to fix it, they told me it would be the same charge. Will not be coming here again and do not recommend this place.

My first post-vaccine haircut after a year of home haircuts was a great experience. Friendly service, and the stylist did a great job making my hair look like a million bucks. They still have seating in the waiting area with appropriate health & safety spacing for the era we are in, which I appreciate seeing as some salons have removed waiting areas entirely.

I must say , i had a pleasant experience with my stylist. she says shes the newest one there! She's new to Washington! The stylists that were there as wel were very friendly and altogether we had a good experioenc! if you go on weekends its busy you can see wait times onliine

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
