Had an amazing sign-up experience with Verizon. Especially with the amazing representative John (aka JJ) helping me! I had been watching for attractive promotions and researching which carrier I was going with after a bad experience with T-mobile (formerly Sprint) with both billing & service issues. A dropped phone sealed the deal on my timing and I got lucky enough the promos were perfect for my family. Jj walked me step by step thru it...got my bill lower than it had been with T-mobile and set us up with all new devices and great prices to boot! We're a few weeks in now and really loving it!! None of the service issues we had with previous carrier. Love our new S22's!!

We arrived to purchase an iPhone for my husband. When we got there we were told 1/2 hour wait. We waited 1 hour plus and after seeing multiple people helped before us arriving after, I asked the door host what his name was. He replied Justin, I said this man clearly arrived after we had been there. He said He had an online appt..... Not once did Justin say you should make an online appt as we do not really help walk ins, or even acknowledge they have stood waiting for an hour. Needless to say we won't be going back and are switching carriers. All it would have taken was for the door host to say you have a better chance with an online appt, and after the first half hour update us that it would be a lot longer for help. But truly this store doesn't care about the customers enough to acknowledge they are in the store. Buyer beware
