Pretty typical 24 hour gym, it's clean, good equipment, easy parking, crowded right after work hours, but that's expected. My go to spot.

Great gym with nice staff. The jacuzzi and steam rooms/saunas are always great after a workout. I’m a little bummed they changed their hours and are no longer 24/7, but it’s not the end of the world Update: After 2 years I finally cancelled my membership. I’ll always appreciate this gym, but EŌS is cheaper, brand new, and it’s actually open 24/7 unlike this place which I find ironic.

I live between Portland and Orange County, so I spend a lot of time (5 days a week)at this gym when I'm down here. Pros: The place is great and modern. Te staff is friendly. The facility provides a vast array of machines and the location has easy access from my office. Cons: What's the deal with the soap?? In several occasions the shower boxes (all of them) ran out of soup. The locker room is clean but they could do a better job too. It can get very busy and you have to fight for the machines and benches.
