The staff needs to be more on point I ordered an online and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes which seemed too fast. I went to the store and that way was already cold. Also it was not the right order but not only that when I walked into the store there was no one there to greet me at the register or in general there was someone at the front counter it took a few minutes for them to come in and give me my food. I was not the best experience

If I could give zero stars I would, this particular location is horrible. So in short I placed an order at 6:20 pm by website and paid with my debit card. I called the store at 7:28pm to see why my order was taking longer than usual and was informed my order had just left the store at 7:20pm. At 8:15 since still hadn't arrived I contacted the store again only to be informed that they cancelled my order citing my was wrong. However that was a lie because the manager Lisette read my phone number back to me correctly, no one ever made the attempt to make the delivery, I know this because I sat in my living room with my door open and porch light on. I would say don't order for them because it doesn't matter whether your paying by cash or card there scary delivery drivers don't do their job. Now I'm out my food and I have to wait until Monday to be refunded my $70.00. So in save your time and money, let this location get shut down because the workers don't want to work anyway.
