Wow. Just wow. I just called to order a small cheese pizza for pick up, 8:30pm. Her response was, “are you ordering hot food?” I said yes, I am trying to order a pizza. She then informs me that all of the ovens are turned off for the night, mind you they are open until 9pm according to the website. My husband grew up in Oakland and has frequented here many times. This is definitely not the first time things have gone wrong on their end. I would suggest anyone reading this to go anywhere else for your meal than here.

Terrible customer service from the manager. She stated she cares about her customers just not me as a customer. Your community is the customers and negative reactions cause a domino effect! Word of mouth is the best advertisement and I will advertise for everyone to NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Used to be the best pizza place around. Not so much anymore ☹. The last 5 times I've ordered only once was it right or even cooked properly. We have gotten raw Hamburg numerous times when we tell them they don't seem to care. Too big u asked for light sauce... came pretty close to burnt and had extra sauce. Food the prices I expect more. Gets more and more disappointing every time.
