Stayed at the window to get food for a long time for just a sausage biscuit. Drinks were sitting inside of window, they forgot our order, we had to repeat it twice then she wanted to see our receipt. Food had been sitting on counter the whole time. Wont go back to that location. 👎

We waited 20 minutes for your food. People there were waiting. When an item in my order was wrong, the front line worker and the kitchen worker talked loudly about me as I accidentally ordered spicy nuggets and asked if they would swap them out for me. I would have paid if asked, Instead the woman in the back was so loud about the switch of nuggets, it was embarrassing.

Waiting in the to go line for quite awhile then an employee came out and told each car they were not taking order st this time do to a bad cooking oil spill ,but we could wait if we wanted to. 4 cars left and went to Hardies, I came home. (Saved $)🙃

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been in and I have been in alot of Mcdonald's. We had to wait over 10 mins just to place an order, then waited another 25 mins to get fish sandwiches. We finally sit down to eat and have bugs fly out of the box when we open the sandwich box. The top of bun was half off the sandwich, the cheese was about 1 inch wide instead of a full slice. Disguised and loss of appetite at this point. Will never go back again to this location, Hartford NC. Store #13887. Beware of this location, don't go there.
