Sorry it's taken so long for this review.... I have chosen Banfield ocoee. Dr Copeland has cared for my babies for years. I have moved far from the location but nobody but Banfield ocoee do I trust. Dr Copeland is one of the best vets I know as well as Dr Maggie. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and very friendly. Again I have used other Banfield locations. I have never seen the best til ocoee

Staff took my sick fur baby when no one else would.. everyone booked including my regular Banfield. They fit him in.. great staff very informative and thorough with EVERY fur parent they interacted with. Staff and Dr went above and beyond to assure the owners.. transferred all my fur babies to this location !

READ PRIOR TO FIRST VISIT Don’t love the set up of exams. I should have done more research on the establishment, as they don’t let you stay with the dog during the visit. I was told to return one hour after dropping off but you wait for a call, near the 2 hour mark I called and was told it was going to take another 1-2 hours. I told them I would like to have her picked up and then she was attended to in minutes. Vet Maggie did come talk to me and she was very nice, that is where they redeemed stars. She explained to me the concerns I was having, I would recommend her. Receptionist was kind in explaining medication at end of visit. This drop-off system does work for those with busy schedules, and those trusting of the doctors. As a first visit, unfamiliar with doctors and procedures, this is not my families preferred system. We do prefer to stay with our pets so that we can tend to them in the waiting room and during procedures.

I'm so happy to have Dr. Copeland and Ashley in my dog's life. They've been more than accommodating to my overbearing ways. They have taken great care of my Charlie and I trust that he is in good hands when I drop him off. My dog is older and has arthritis and ACL tears, and Dr. Copeland has really helped me decide on a course of treatment and pain management. The new location is so nice. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I wish they had specialists on staff or working as part of the Banfield network. Oh, and you gotta start selling Greenies Pill Pockets at your new office, it saves us pet owners a trip to a pet store and keeps more money in house.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Humans take about a week for most OTC meds to get into their system. I would say if you haven't seen an improvement between 1-2 weeks I would go back to the vet
I'm not sure but this location is really great. Call them during early afternoon ask for Gail. She is the main desk person and knows everything.
