The staff is great. They were very careful with my puppy. Definitely we'll be back.

Wouldn’t take care of my dog because he has a medical issue with balance. They said no grooming. Horrible treatment. Asked me not to bring my 20 lb dog back.

Went there as my dog was on diarrhea for three days. Horrible service. Couldn't not speak with a doctor Veterinary, just with nurse. My dog stayed for the day for intravenous hydratation and when he got home was so thirsty drank a bottle ! Asked to print blood exam results, they didn't, asked for metronidazole liquid they gave me small pills which are the most difficult thing ever to give to my dog. No sensitive to customers

You’re probably better off going anywhere for veterinary care than this office. I should have known better when no recommended vet could take a new patient for 6-8 weeks and Banfield could get me in next week. I left multiple messages for the office to call me back because my dogs condition was not improving. I never received a call back. When I was finally able to get in for an appointment, I had a question regarding the care plan. The office manager came out and said they were refusing to treat my animal because I was questioning their competency. They then said it was a legal risk to treat my dog any further. I guess when you’re that bad at your job and clearly have been sued many times you know when a patient isn’t willing to accept your mediocrity. The office manager might be the least professional person I have met. She made excuse after excuse for the poorly managed and run front office. I’m quite thankful they are not going to be treating my pets any further. I’m also not going to shop at PetsMart for allowing this circus to operate in their building.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
