Deborah is rude and unprofessional. She called me to let me know that I can bring my cat in to have his right eye checked. When I asked if the wait is going to be long, she said that she can't guarantee the wait time for me, and then hung up on me. I asked her because I did not want to drive up there just so that I can wait for a while. She got irritated by my question and decided to hang up on me. I called her back and yet continue to be rude and said yeah yeah whatever, bye. So unprofessional, I would not bring my cat to this place. I will find a better place with more professional employees. Before you reply to this review message, go ask your employee if she hung up the phone on me or not.

Doctor R is very nice and she has taken great care of our cats but the front staff and some practises they have are not cool and because they dont take appts at all for regular non-surgical stuff you cant plan. for instance I have to bring my new dog in for an appt before they will even tell me a BALL PARK on what it would cost to spay her. Why would I pay for an appt for them to tell me it is 3 times that of some other place? I should be able to get an idea of the costs even when based on weight. How hard is it to answer something like ' well for a 25lb puppy it is X and for a 50lb it is y'? or "it can range between 150-400 depending on your dogs weight'. Also they are not good at following up when a prescprition has been written for you after you left. Anyway, just shaing some fustrations.

I Love this vet. They are absolutely wonderful, they treat as family and your pet as well. I would recommend them to anyone. They're not expensive at all. You would have to check them out for yourself to understand when I say they really do take great care with you fur babies and you.

It was my first time taking my kitten, no where else could take me that day. I didn’t wait long, no appointment and I was greeted in the office by Squid 😻. They were so nice, helpful and cost effective. Fixed my kitten right up. It’s day 2 of the medicine and he’s feeling so much better. Thank you ALL so much.

I'm not sure because I went for a service with a set amount. If you call the office they will let you know. I do believe that they are reasonable and honest. I do like the Doctor and staff and will most definitely go back.
