I'll start off by saying I lived here for 2 years before management and office staff switched over in 2022. Kourtney and her team did hear my concerns and try to fix what they could until the end of my lease in April 2022. Even with the new staff coming in I did not want to renew my lease. 1.The trash room... The rooms are absolutely disgusting and very unsanitary. When you walk in the hall to leave the complex you can smell the garbage. This complex charges too much money for me to smell trash on my way out or while waiting for the elevator. The trash rooms did cause a mouse problem in 2021 (before the new management was here) and it was swept under the table. I was told it was because of construction stirring them up and I would be put on a list to have my home inspected. Lies- I got the name of the company and called to confirm when they were coming out because office staff kept giving me the run around. They had nothing on the schedule for this property. I had lots of issues with bugs as well. I was catching crickets daily or spraying ants. 2. The middle grass area- nobody picks up after their dogs and staff does nothing about it. My dogs mouth was swabbed when I moved in for dna and I was told I would be charged if I didn't pick up after him. Thats not the case. Nobody was held accountable so nobody picked up- This is unsanitary and will lead to parasites. 3.The walls in this place are paper thin- I had very noisy neighbors that blasted music and video games through my wall for 8 months before Kourtney's team arrived. Another fault on old management for not taking care of this issue sooner. You will never get your entire deposit back. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and was still charged. I've lived in two different units in the complex and they weren't the cleanest either time I moved in. All in all, ... Staff has improved ALOT. The outside of the building is beautiful, and it does have some nice amenities (amazon lockers, pool, the restaurant attached). I still wouldn't recommend this complex to a friend or family member.

I think you guys do great. I’ve been here for a year and appreciate all of you. That one trash thing I don’t know what was happening but I knew you would be working to get it taken care of and it was. I like living here.

My fiancé and I loved this apartment complex. We both would have liked to stay longer but we had to move out of the state. We lived in one of the townhouse style apartments for the last almost 2 years and have very few complaints, and whenever we did have an issue, the staff in the office was very quick about addressing them. Our neighbors were very respectful and quiet. The only time I could tell that we were actually living in an apartment complex was when someone would run or walk heavily in the hallway since our kitchen was right below it. My favorite things about the heights was it’s location - having summit grill nearby was nice and there were a lot of local coffee shops nearby - and the fitness center because it’s open 24/7 and has a nice variety of machines and free weights. I highly recommend the Heights at Linden Square and would happily call it home again someday if we ever move back to KC.

I loved living here and the office staff was nothing short of nice and helpful always. The community is amazing, quiet, always felt safe and the apartments are super nice. I just moved out of state, but would definitely live here again. However, I’m not sure what is going on there at the moment- could be short staffed but I’ve tried calling every single day multiple times a day for weeks now to talk to someone about charges on my account (I assume the last of my utilities) and no one ever answers the phone. No response to my email either. I no longer have access to the community app where I used to pay my rent/utilities which is why I’m trying to get in touch with someone so I can pay it. As much as I love this place I’d like to pay what I owe and move on with it. Kind of frustrating.
