Charged extra for bacon and no bacon. Ask for no tomato- I get tomato. Slimy sandwich- too much dressing with whatever you get. Just don’t go to this location - never have gotten my order right here.

Went to this jimmy johns location and had a super weird experience. As I was placing my order through the drive thru the jimmy johns employee was talking over me to another employee. He finally and hastily took my order. I asked for sliced wheat bread, they gave me French. I politely declined the sandwich and repeated my order. The employee looked at his screen and was annoyed with me because the order did not say wheat bread like it was my mistake. The remade sandwich was basically tossed at me with no other remarks from the employee. It was really bad vibes and I hope those employees were just having a rough day. I do not expect a lot from food service employees. I know it’s a tough and usually underpaid job but this situation was uncalled for.

Stay away from this location!!! I had my credit card stolen from one of the clerks who decided to go on a shopping spree with it. I was highly displeased how management handle the situation and NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME!!! Enjoy your sandwich with a side of credit fraud!!!
