Horrible customer service and Domino's deserves zero stars! I attempted to place an order online but a message indicated that an error had occurred and to call the store. I called and was placed on hold forever with no message that they were closed. After driving by to pick up food at another restaurant, I noticed they were closed before 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. Upon reading the reviews, this seems normal now for this location. It’s time to shut it down or find a new owner who can handle the staffing issues. There are more than 30 other food options within a 10 minute drive.

Pre-ordered pizza for 5:15. It's 5:25 and nobody is in the store. This place needs new management. Its a joke. Not even sure how I will get a refund. Worst dominos ever. Stay away. - Update finally someone showed up around 5:35. Apparently the employee that was supposed to be there at 5pm was pulled to the college store. The owner/manager cares nothing about this store, only their other locations. It was almost 6pm before I had my pizzas. Glad I pre-ordered them for 5:15...

Order pizza online 30mins ahead of time to grab after a long drive home from work. Got to the location within the promise time, to be told it would be another 1hr 1/2 before they could EVEN START COOKING IT! Watch 5 other ppl come in and had the same thing happen. We all cancelled our orders. Now the problem I had was there was plenty of staff but 2 of them were just standing around doing nothing. Not once did they do anything within the 10mins I was standing in there. Highly disappointed.

An hour after ordering, our pizza had not gone into the oven. After calling the location and staying on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to go in to check on the order. Upon arrival I saw a fairly large group of folks waiting for their orders and only one person working the kitchen. He was quick to come out and help me, but confirmed that my order had not even started. I asked to cancel the order and he obliged, apologizing for the trouble. This is the third time I have had an experience where it took over an hour for my order to even begin processing. On one of these occasions I was double charged and had no reimbursement issued. I will no longer be ordering from this location as it cannot handle the business that it receives. I do not believe this to be a lack of skill or care on behalf of the employee working - rather, he was placed under far too much demand for his work. This location is severely understaffed, and until it is staffed properly I would suggest ordering from a different location.

That's a gigantic mistake but if you call them they will make it right Domino's is always been Fair their little busy on the weekend but they will make it right
