Rented a 10 X 10 on the second level in South Overland Park. Gary, the manager, was friendly and knowledgeable. The elevator and long hallways are not particularly convenient but I knew what I was getting into when Gary showed me the space. The loading bay does not fully accommodate a large U-haul truck. So, the bay door had to remain open during the 2.5-hour unloading process. This is against the rules but it was 101 degrees outside, so I broke the rules. The space itself is very clean as are all of the adjoining halls and the loading bay, and the climate control feature is great. Two loading carts were provided which helped with moving most items. The true test of my satisfaction will come when I see how much and how often the rent is raised. I was forced to move out of the Public Storage unit I had previously rented because they were demolishing those spaces. I had rented it for $60. After one year, they raised it to $90, after another year, they raised it to $123. It's just as well I had to get out. In any case, I highly recommend this StorageMart facility.

I have been a customer at this location for several years now and I can honestly say it is the best storage facility I have used thus far. Gary, the property manager, is fantastic. He is very helpful, friendly and easy to get in touch with. The facility is always clean, inside and out, and well managed. I am very pleased with my experience here, highly recommend this location!

every time we move and need to store our items we have always used StorgeMart. Never had any problems. that is why we go back. I want to thank Gary and Jeff for being so nice and helping me with the lock. I lost my key and was unable to open my storage. They help me without any extra charge to open and put on a new lock.
