Horrible customer service. The lady with the glasses at the deli was so rude and inconsiderate when I asked nicely if she was open to make a sub. She was clearly open but couldn't somehow fulfill my order. Management needs to reevaluate their employees and know its important to be friendly when customers are shopping at the grocery store.

The service level has gone downhill. Not enough staff & thre are issues with the self checkout. Shopping here can be frustrating at times.

I really love this store for it's BBQ'd ribs, rotisserie chicken and sushi! I also get my vaccinations at their pharmacy. The pharmacist is really helpful and there is rarely a wait. So, for these reasons, I still shop there. But the salad mixes are always one or two days from expiration and often do not last those one to two days! If the produce was better, this would be my "go to" store but I now choose to get my produce from Walmart, Wegmans or Whole Foods, because Harris Teeter's produce seems to wilt or spoil as soon as you get it home from the store. And produce is expensive,!

With this many locations does Harris Teeter has this is another good location very convenient very well designed and easy to get around store easy to find things a lot of good products that other stores do not have stuff for very friendly and helpful
