I ordered my food online and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. I still had to wait 10 minutes for my fries to get ready. I didn't think the burger had already been made, but it had and had been sitting in the bag since the time that I arrived. While I'm waiting for my fries to get ready, the lady behind the counter is wiping down the upper shelf under which the open bags are sitting waiting to be picked up by other customers. Needless to say all the crumbs from the upper shelf were wiped down right into the open back sitting right below. This place is filthy and disgusting.

Never had any issues before until yesterday. Got Five guys for my wife and I and we both got food poisening. Will never go back again!

The person who handed (read: pushed) me my order seemed too busy for pleasantries and also didn't season my Cajun fries with Cajun seasoning. I can't speak for my friends' burgers, but mine had hardly any BBQ sauce. Maybe the bottle was low, or maybe standards have changed since I worked at a Five Guys. Either way, my burger was dry. Lots of cheese, though--too bad most of it was on the foil wrapper, not the burger, since the burger was rolled in the wrapper (something I distinctly remember being counseled against doing). I expect more for what I paid.

Always enjoy this location. The service is excellent and the burgers, fries, and shakes are prepared exactly as requested with a smile. Tips are always appreciated.
