WARNING: NO DINE IN. The sign says “McDonalds is 1/2 mile up the road” Why even be open? We drove over 30 minutes to eat there just to read a sign that says go to McDonalds. Wow!!! Just shut down! We stood inside for about 10 minutes waiting to place our to-go order…. No one ever came up front. Seriously, shut down.

Since we moved to NC there is no place like Hunans that makes great Chinese dishes. NC Chinese resturants do not know how to make it... they put zucchini in there dishes. Yuck.. So when we come to VA we go to Hunans to get our Chinese fix on good food.

Guy got angery I was 10 min late and tried to add his own tip and and a recurring charge on my card. I had to Get my banks fraud department involved. That guy is angry and not worth the cheap food.

Hunan Diner is one of our favorite go-to restaurants! We're local and love to go in an grab a dinner to take home with us. We have yet to find a fish we don't like! And the prices are extremely reasonable! It's great having a place that's so good, and the owner has come to know us. It kind of feels like walking into "Cheers"!!
