Jennifer is great at making sure appointments are prioritized. She made sure to tell everyone that a walk in would take two hours at least before their car would be looked at. Great job!

Such an amazing experience working with Firestone. I had to get my brakes changed and they were very transparent and communicable about options and pricing! One of my hubcaps on my wheels got loose during all of this, and they stepped right in and accommodated me with brand new hubcaps. Especially impressed with store associate Alexis who was super helpful during all of this and easy to work with! I look forward to returning for any other troubles I may have.

I had my convertible BMW towed to this location for inspection after a clutch issue. I specifically asked that the store the car inside over night because we expected rain & the convertible leaks water. The tech told me they would leave it inside and not to worry. They left in outside all day while it rained and now my interior is full of water and mold has started to form. These people cant do what they said they will do. I guess it's my fault for trusting them.

The first thing you see is a big sign that reads "honesty is the keystone of business". I should have run then. When you have to tell people you are honest then you probably are not. They are NOT! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. I have my Jeep regularly serviced at All J's, a fantastic Jeep mechanic shop in Big Bear. I had an oil change 6 weeks ago and they put in a new battery. My jeep's heating stopped suddenly and also started overheating. I took it to Firestone and they came back with a long list: Radiator needs changing, new hoses, fluid exchange, thermostat and.... new battery and oil change. When I called them on it they said it's all in black and white on their inspection report. My mechanic was appalled at what had happened and couldn't believe the upcharges for things like putting the fluids in. They were going to charge $73 for coolant and $70 for labor. At my Jeep place? $36 for coolant and the labor would be included in the changing of the radiator if it actually needed to be changed... So... thank you AAA... Had my jeep towed to all J's in Big Bear and low and behold... don't need hoses, don't need the battery, not to paying for labor separately from radiator change, oil levels fine and still good for another 2000 miles, yes to the thermostat but they missed the damaged housing, and yes to the radiator.. . I saved myself $700. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

DMV authorized garage can check this out for you and provide you the certificate you need to get the car signed off since the salvaged out I presume. When cars have been wrecked to the point the braking system is damaged, to get the car back on the road the DMV needs to make sure it was not just mickey moused back together and that you will be safe should you have a wreck.
They do have covid floor markers for social distancing. They separate the chairs for those who are waiting. Need to have a mask inside.
