Cute little town of Clifton Forge. I had lunch at a little tavern called Jack Mason's Tavern and Brewery. It was very good. They make their own sauces there. The Ruban was amazing and the fish and chips. Great service by a young lady called Destiny.

Always great food (to stay or to go!), consistent quality, awesome atmosphere, and kind people. My kids love to play the games in the back room if we pop in for a to-go order… Makes that beer while we wait an easy decision!

We stopped in for lunch while out riding around. I found the excellent Google reviews and decided to check it out. I have to say the food was amazing and the service was even better. We had the fish and chips, wings, and a Reuben. If it didn't take an hour and a half to get here from my house, I'd eat here at least weekly if not more. We sat at the bar and the bartender was so friendly and knowledgeable. She told us interesting facts about the town. Again, the food was so good and the reviews do not lie. It is pretty small right when you walk in and I can see it being super busy at times. It was busy when we were there for lunch. Highly recommend!! Portions and prices are perfect!

Glad we found Jack Mason's, on our way home from vacation, it was a great lunch stop. Staff make everyone feel welcome. Their beers were all pretty tasty, but we especially liked the IPA and the pale ale. The food was to everyone's liking. Portion sizes were just right.
