Service was polite & location was where I needed to be, but the room was covered in hair & the bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it myself & I did not complain to staff as they seemed short staffed.

Decent hotel for the size of the town. Definitely needs some updates and improvements on customer service and housekeeping. Breakfast was good. House keeping staff moved our belongings around the room which I'm not impressed with. Please don't touch other people's personal items and move them around the room. Also ended up getting covered in bug bits my last night/day there and it appears to be bed bugs. When I called to pet them know the lady that answered said "Well we've had no other complaints and the room is rented out, so I don't think we need to worry about that. But I guess I'll talk to my manager about it."

Not so clean, heater did not work in my first room. Front desk personnel were fairly nice and accommodating. I much prefer to stay and the motel down the street unless I need a microwave and refrigerator.
