I recently moved to the area from the East Coast and I finally had to make the hard decision on a new hair stylist. I have been with my previous stylist for 15 years. To say I was nervous for someone new to cut and dye my hair is an understatement. I finally chose Brandy at Identity Hair and Spa. I had my hair done today and I am so very happy. My experience was extremely positive. They were clean and followed all protocol while still being prompt, efficient, and warm. Brandy took the time to learn about my needs and desires and showed me hair samples of what she was aiming to achieve on my hair. She was professional, fun, knowledgable and very pleasant all around. My hair came out exactly the color we decided and my cut as well. I will absolutely be going back to Brandy for all my hair needs from now on. Thanks to all the nice people who recommended the salon to me!

I came to this salon in need of quite the help, to say the least. I allowed a friend of mine, whom works at a salon, to attempt a balayage on my hair...and boy was that a disaster. My hair was fried, brittle and orange! I was mortified, so I scheduled a consultation to get it fixed and had the pleasure of working w Amie. As it turned out I landed in the right hands, as she specializes in hair color and corrections. She was empathetic, sincere and just so friendly. She reassured me that my hair was in good hands and we would get it fixed. I left feeling releaved. The salon was a bit hard to find and in a little bit of an industrial area, but the inside is super cute. Here are some before and after photos. Amie, I'm happy with my hair and will be back!
