How long does it take
You can. If you pass the final test you'll receive a certificate of completion that you can either email or turn into the court in person. If you've committed no violations after 6 months have passed, they'll remove the ticket like it never happened. Class is all common sense. Its a $50 dollar sign up fee when you take it.
If they scheduled your court date on a holiday just call them. As long as you have the paperwork you are ok. Good luck (they are human too)

Get a money order and send it to the court house or go upstairs in the courthouse and pay in person
Yes it's so easy to get married at the court house. Just need witness and pay for the service plus certificate
