Ordered two small specialty pizzas online #706 10/5/2021. Chicken and mushrooms were requested to be added to the feta and spinach pizza and mushrooms to the pepperoni deluxe pizza. None of the extra items were added to the pizzas. We called the pizzeria to alert them and were placed on hold. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes we hung up and tried to reach out to the pizzeria via messenger. We requested that the extra items that we were charged for and did not receive be credited back to our card. We never heard back from the site manager. Quality of the food was good but very disappointed in the service.
