The service is very slow and you better not be to thirsty since you will be waiting awhile. The good thing was we didn't have to wait to long but it was also during the week. The quality of food didn't seem to be what other Red Robin's are for some reason.

The food was great. However we were there for about 30 minutes before we saw our server. We were also near the kitchen entrance where our 7 and 2 year old were in ear shot for a conversation that was loud and inappropriate for them. Our server came back after another server sent the manager over. The only thing that earned stars,the food. Maybe do take out for a better experience then we received.

This is the third time I have been here in the past two months. Each time they have got my food wrong. I know that no one is perfect. However, food was under cooked twice. When the manager with the red hair and glasses came to my table with my remade meal, he wasn’t that pleasant. He made me feel like I was the one who did wrong. After the second time my food was incorrect, I heard him screaming and using inappropriate language towards the kitchen staff. I’m not quite sure what the issues are with this location but, I will not be coming back at all. This location has really lost their touch when it comes to their customers and their staff.

The food is always good! I love the bonzai burger! Sometimes the staff could be a little bit more attentive, drinks were always being filled but when asking for anything extra (dipping sauces, napkins) it felt like I was bothering her and it took quite some time to get the stuff. There was only 3 other tables being used.
