Was really surprised. Pulled up and seen that the drive thru was packed. I thought I was going to be there forever, however the line went quick. These employees hustled getting orders out like nobody else could. I ordered a Chicken cobb salad which was humongous and delicious, and I swear they had the next three orders ready before I even could pay for mine. If you're looking for something that's fast, delicious and not a hamburger then you've got to give them a try. The only negative thing I can say about this Zaxbys is that the entrance/exit can be a pain to get in/out of. But as far as the food and service, it was spot on.

I love Zaxbys their fries always hot and good never been let down yet I'm so glad the lobby is finally open one of my favorites definitely in my top 5 of fast food restaurants

I went here for lunch and had a great experience. Lunch hour was very busy. I didn't have to wait too long for my meal. The chicken was crispy and tasted fresh and fantastic. Service was exceptional and our wait staff was professional. Great place for lunch.

Thought was ok. Fried pickles are little bland, but not soggy! Actually crispy. The TLC chicken sandwich was moist and crispy. But also slightly under flavored. Not a bad price point.
