Their doughnuts and coffee are always good. Their sitting area could be a little cleaner. They do mostly drive through business and are short staffed, like everywhere. So I guess. They don't think about doing a sweep of the dining area. Outside of that it's your typical Dunkin donuts shop.

10 minutes ago, my dad and I went to get a coffee and 2 donuts and we received the absolute WORST service imaginable and we didn't treat them in any rude or unkind manner. We were rushed to order our items bought and we asked for a receipt and were completely ignored. We felt treated less than dirt walked on for 20 years and that is not how a business should treat their customers. We are NEVER going to your establishment again!

I always get the Chocolate Munchkins and a Medium Hot Chocolate. The Hot Chocolate is very hot, it usually takes about 45 minutes just to cool to to a temperature that won't burn your tongue. AND I'M NOT EXAGGERATING!!! But overall, I really like this place, albeit the employees are kind of slow and rude, I prefer Dunkin' over Starbucks!

You should be 18 years old to work in a "non-key" position, in a casino setting. The Dunkin' Donuts in the Edgewater Casino Resort, you'd have to be 18 yrs old. 21 years old if you work in a "key" & gaming licensed position. Hope that helps.
