***Update Dec 11, 2021 Changing my rating from 5 Stars to 3 I went to FV to purchase my annual gift for my daughter. When I asked the sales associate to look up the ring size I normally purchase, the only purchase she found was the one I made at the LA Jolla Village store last year. This is upsetting as none of the jewelry ever purchased in this store is even registered or logged on their system. Although, we come here all times a year 3x for cleaning, inspection of jewelry and every December for a purchase. However, today I received excellent service from Cambria and purchased the two items I saw online and planned to purchase. She wrapped them nicely in the black velvet boxes while I got a ring cleaned which they had no record of me even buying here. The rude sales associate in service didn't find me with the number I gave , so she inspected the ring asking if: 1. Did you buy this here? 2. Is this Tiffany? 3. Is this Sterling Silver? To say I was offended is an understatement yes: 1. Yes, I did 2. Yes, it freaking is 3. No b*/$"& it's Platinum After inspecting it for a bit, she says, "oh yes , I see PT and it's Tiffany." I said yeah, I paid almost $6k for it several years ago. End of Revies Change for 12/11/21 visit For the past 6 years I have purchased a special gift every December for my daughter to add to her jewelry collection. This location never fails, however I wish they would open back up their free jewelry cleaning and inspection. Its a great service!

I visited Fashion Valley recently to pick up an anniversary gift for my wife and picked up a T ring in rose gold. Not only was the ring a huge hit, but the experience at the Fashion Valley location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and my Sales Professional was patient and kind, especially since I’m always a bit indecisive. You can never go wrong with the Blue Box! The after sales service needs to be complimented as I did buy the wrong size. However, the exchange was efficient and painless. Overall and easy and pleasant experience

FYI: OMG! Tiffany has been sold during COVID 2020 and now belongs to Louis Vuitton and Hennessy! Your blue and retired TCO charms are now a part of Tiffany history! No more sterling charms will be made unless they're draped in diamonds; states the new owners!

I have exclusively purchased Tiffany for all my jewelry purchases since 1992 but after seeing the latest Jay Z ad campaign, I will stop buying from Tiffany regardless of what they do going forward. It's one time and you're out with this kind of thing. His lyrics are disgusting, his life is dedicated to bringing down the USA, and if that's the kind of people you want to sell to, then count me out.
