Employees follow you all around the store looking at you suspiciously. If you leave your car for 5 minutes to look at phone cases they will put all your items back on the shelf before you're done shopping. Employees are very rude.

First and last time I ever go into this store. There was a rack of clothes I start to look through and a staff member came out from the back and just stood there. So I asked him if it was ok to look through the rack and he replied sarcastically slow "go ahead". I backed up giving him both thumbs-up and told him "wow, great customer service" then walk right out. I Will never go back, one bad experience is one too many.

I went in today April 7 at 7:30 pm. I found a used pair of jeans for $2.00 I was excited. When I got to the register the woman said I couldn’t have them for $2.00 it was incorrectly priced and said the used jeans were $12.00. Wow.

This is a really great Goodwill. The staff are super pleasant and helpful. The inside is very well organized and clean. The staff clearly take pride in their work and create beautiful displays. Regretfully, it is quite expensive for a thrift store, though they do often have quality items. As a student, I find that $5.99-$14.99 for basic used clothing and bags is a bit expensive, especially when they don’t offer daily discounts like they used to on certain colored tags or items. It’s very odd to think that you’re paying the same prices for items that you could buy new at Ross. Although, the Goodwill does play an important roll in the community, it’s too bad they aren’t able to do that while offering a more affordable place to shop for those on limited funds.
