Oaks North 1 HOA is unwilling to work with the JC Golf to clean up the Golf Course. She told me to hire an attorney and dues are $5,000 per year.

Went over today to turn in my gate fob. I’ll admit I was stressed and in a hurry and failed to see that they were closed. I knocked on the door and was met with the nastiest, rudest person I have ever met. I’ve heard other people complain about some of the office staff and I know she must be one of them. Not a good way to treat someone who has paid their yearly dues on time for the past 10 years.

It's the third Saturday. 7-9:30. Doors open at 6:45. Light refreshments, BYOB.
There are both monthly dues to the HOA for building and grounds maintenance ($425 currently) and annual dues to the Community Center for the gym and pool ($450 last year).
