Very horrible customer service.. we were in the store for over two hours and the design person stopped our design to help another customer. When i asked why they said they would get back to me in another 25 mins.. I was not able to wait a full 25 additional mins for them to just start on the shirt.. the pressing would take an additional 25 min.. so basically three hours to get two shirts.. I even called before hand and asked them about the designs and they said had to be there in person.. when I get there he tells me to email the design the. Spent 45 min tweaking it.. when I called over the phone could have said send design now.. Sad to say I left the store empty handy and with tears running down my face.. the store manager just said sorry.. I will never come here again

This place is awesome they have all kinds of shirts at low prices even some hard to find sizes. they do great embroidery. Enclosed is a picture of my company logo they put on a hat and jacket for me.

Came in late , about 2 hours before closing, looking to get an image on a couple shirts. Alex was very knowledgeable and efficient on the computer fixing my design, showing me how much space it would take up on the shirts. I ordered 3 shirts and he moved quickly to finish all 3 shirts right there same day before closing! I am very pleased with the effort and results and will definitely return for any future projects! Prices and selections in store are well priced as well!

my designer nicole was awesome. she was friendly and easy to work with. my t shirts and logo came out fantastic. she made the extra effort so the product would be as perfect as possible. big thanks to all at t shirt mart national city.
